  1. Open google docs document
  2. Click the cursor where you want to insert the symbol
  3. Click "Insert" option and then click the “Equation “

  5. Click on Square root symbol or n th square root symbol
  6. Use forward arrow keys on your keyboard to enter “n” value and number or a letter under the square root symbol

Method 2

  1. Open google docs
  2. Click the cursor where you want to insert the symbol
  3. Click "Insert" option and then click the “Equation “
  4. Click on “New Equation”, you will see a blue box with the cursor blinking inside it
  5. Type “\sqrt “ and spacebar on your keyboard
  6. Enter the number under the symbol

  2. Click the cursor where you want to insert the symbol
  3. Then navigate to “Insert” option“
  4. Under Insert option Click on “Equation”
  5. Inside the blue box with the blinking cursor type “\sqrt “

  3. On the Print dashboard, under the drop-down box next to Destination Choose Save as PDF.
  4. Select a location on your computer to save the file as PDF.

Third Method:

Directly Email Google Docs as PDF

You can directly email google docs document as a PDF easily. Also, you can copy the PDF created o yourself on the email so that you have the PDF that way.

    1. Open your document in Google Docs or create a new one.
    2. Click "File" from the menu and select "Email as attachment"
    3. In the "Email as Attachment window", verify PDF is selected at the top under "Attach as".
    4. Fill out the details for the email including the recipient, subject, and message. Optionally, check the box to send a PDF copy to yourself in your email.
    5. When you are done, click "Send"
